The Problem Mainline churces have been losing members for years and according to George Barna the church will loose 50% of it's members in the next twenty years. Many churches have lost their "first love" of sharing Christ and are loosing their children and teenagers drop out rate from church when they go to college is between 50% - 90%. Families are falling apart with a 50% divorce rate and many single parent families are crying out "help!" 
Let's put Jesus back on the throne in our churches and families. Family Evangelism is set up where Mom, Dad and 7th graders and up mark and cross reference their Bibles in the fundamental teachings of Christianity and then go out monthly with their church or area churches to witness to the unchurched. This is the least productive method (about a 1% return rate), however, in the process while families are sharing Christ together they lose the "fear" of witnessing and draw closer together spiritually when they fight for what they believe. Furthermore, when they do this from when they are 7th grade until when they are seniors in high school they will not be dropouts when in college but missionaries to win this big college mission field for Jesus! Family Evangelism is very Christ centered but follows up prospects right after the Sunday morning service. In the big picture, "It will train families to regularly witness and disciple others" but also will go beyond witnessing on scheduled weekends where sharing Jesus will be a way of life! We also highly recommend Ongoing Ambassadors for Christ for youth where witnessing also becomes a way of life and produces future leaders. It is time to work to keep our church and our children with Jesus. Family Evangelism is committed to train laymen to lead until they can do it on their own and Family Evangelism becomes consultants and provides regional or national training and new materials.
